Additional Pictures from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic US Lawmakers

Development blueprints for the financier's personal tropical island among the released materials.

Furthermore included in this new document release is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.

Jeffrey Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

These photos reveal he had formulated plans to transform the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an performance venue, an underwater office and a reservoir.

Marked on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the region, indicated on the bottom right.

This development map is annotated in red pen markings and features a notes section labelling various sections of the property.

Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be nine other site drawings and architectural plans, such as designs for marina coverings.

Additional images made public as part of the current oversight release.
